Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division, focusing on folding customer garments, linen, and bulk products either manually or using industrial machinery.

About the role

The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product, counting folded items, and preparing bundles for delivery. This position operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards directly impacts compensation.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments, linen, or bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product accurately.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to attendance policies and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

Pay

Base salary ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance incentives.

Schedule

Full-time, 2nd shift.
