Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division by folding customer product manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles for delivery. This role operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and prepare bundles of clean, folded product for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere to production standards to qualify for performance-based incentive pay.
• Work in close proximity to others for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to prepare for folding.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
