About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division as a Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder. This role involves folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles for delivery. The position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards results in additional compensation. Maintaining a clean work area is also expected.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Involves repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product.

How You Will Be Evaluated
