Production Associate (Embroidery)

About the role

Burghardt Sporting Goods specializes in custom team uniforms, spirit wear, and corporate apparel. We are searching for a highly skilled and reliable embroidery machine operator to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and understanding project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.
• Review embroidery orders to determine settings and adjustments required to set up machines and decorating equipment.
• Selecting the thread, apparel, hoops, and designs appropriate to each project.

• Adjust position of design or hoop to ensure specified accurate result.
• Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery process.
• Keeping track of work orders and updating records, this includes counting and recording quantities embroidered in production log.
• Performing regular machine maintenance, inspections, and reporting any issues necessary.
• Manage thread and backing inventory.
• Aid in other production areas as needed.

• Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
