Job Summary
Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC, a division of Flex-N-Gate, is seeking general production departments across all shifts. This role involves working in the Molding, Assembly, or Metalizing department at Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC, which manufactures and assembles automotive lighting components.

Job Duties
- Awareness, understanding, and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS Policy CEVPL.00005
- Awareness, understanding, and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual
- Repeatably assemble parts on a fixture, or operate machinery
- Meet production rates within designated area
- Understand quality standards for each part produced
- Inspect and pack completed parts into shipping containers
- Work safely using hand tools such as wire cutters or pliers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and positive attitude
- Good attendance record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
