About the role

The Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks within the production facility to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure product consistency
• Perform routine maintenance checks on production equipment
• Handle inventory management tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and operation
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor
