Production Assembler 1st shift

About the role

AriensCo is seeking self-starting, motivated Assemblers to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. Starting wage is $18, and the work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:30 AM to 3 PM with occasional Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
• Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Absorb and assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Able to problem solve effectively
• Able to communicate

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Capable of adhering to Standard Work
• Able to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
