Production Assembler - 1st Shift

Join Milgard Windows and Doors as a Production Assembler at our manufacturing plant in Temecula, CA. You’ll work closely with the department supervisor and lead to ensure manufacturing orders are completed accurately and on time, contributing to the construction of windows and patio doors in all phases of assembly.

Responsibilities

• Handle glass safely and efficiently.
• Support product build and assembly processes with accuracy and efficiency using standard work instructions.
• Focus on quality and timely delivery of completed tasks to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications

• One year of similar work experience (Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse).
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to compute basic math problems (including fractions, addition, and subtraction).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Pay

$21.50 an hour.

Schedule

Start time 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
