Production Assembler - 1st Shift

About the role

Production Assembler responsible for assembling, programming, and testing electrical signage products such as BTS Blinkers, RRFBs, Beacons, and DirecTimes within a cell work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet sales order specifications
• Participate in lean manufacturing and 5S practices
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment
• Solve routine problems and contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

• Experience in assembling electrical panels and wiring harnesses
• Ability to read electronic and mechanical instructions and schematics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for most of the day

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly
• Familiarity with electronics (AC/DC, voltage)
• Mechanical skills
• Experience with lean principles
