Production Artist (contract)

This is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If selected, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Web Producer to join a dynamic team focused on creating and maintaining logged-out user experiences across the web. In this role, you will execute web content updates, manage content migrations to new templates, and support continuous website improvements within a content management system environment. You will play a key role in implementing SEO-driven changes while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high performance across all web pages.

Responsibilities

• Execute web content updates and maintain page quality within a CMS environment
• Migrate content to new templates while preserving accuracy and visual consistency
• Implement SEO-driven changes to improve page performance and discoverability
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of web pages to identify and resolve issues
• Support ongoing website improvements and contribute to logged-out user experience initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
• Monitor and maintain consistency in formatting, structure, and content standards across all pages

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web production or a closely related role
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working within a CMS platform
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing web content quality assurance
• Minimum 1 year of experience applying SEO strategies to web content
• Demonstrated experience executing content migrations to updated or redesigned page templates
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) with hands-on publishing and editing experience
• Strong quality assurance skills with the ability to identify content and layout discrepancies
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page optimization techniques
• Ability to manage content migrations with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
• Familiarity with web content standards, accessibility guidelines, and page performance considerations

$34.50 - $39 per hour
