We are working with a fast-growing company in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector seeking a Contract Manager to join its team in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The company will consider qualified candidates throughout the Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey area who are able to work a hybrid schedule in Fairfield County. This is an excellent opportunity for a contracts professional with at least one year of experience in contract administration, legal operations, project coordination, or legal support who enjoys managing details, working cross-functionally, and taking ownership of processes from review through execution and closeout. The Contract Manager will support the full contract lifecycle while working closely with Legal, Finance, Business Development, Project Management, Logistics, and Operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and redline standard commercial agreements, including contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, amendments, and related documentsPrepare contract redlines and concise summaries of key termsTrack contract deadlines, deliverables, renewals, milestones, approvals, and other obligationsMaintain accurate contract files, databases, tracking logs, and supplier documentationSupport Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs), including reviewing required terms and attachments and coordinating internal approvalsAssist with proposal and bid activities by reviewing contractual terms and identifying potential issues involving scope, pricing, schedules, flow-down provisions, intellectual property, and confidentialityCoordinate with internal business teams and external parties to gather information and facilitate contract executionIdentify and escalate contractual and compliance risks as appropriateRespond to contract-related information and documentation requests QualificationsAt least one year of relevant experience in contract management, contract administration, legal operations, project coordination, or legal support involving agreements and documentationBachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Business, Legal Studies, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of fundamental contract concepts, including terms and conditions, confidentiality, deliverables, and change managementAbility to read and understand contract language and identify key provisionsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize key contractual termsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with contract management systems or related technology is a plus Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated salary range is $65,000–$70,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursement and professional development assistanceFlexible/hybrid work arrangementsEmployee referral program To be considered, please provide a resume.
