Production (3rd Shift) - La Crosse, WI

About the role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

Responsibilities

• Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
• Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
• Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift driving skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Pay and Schedule

Pay Range $22.90/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential. Shift/Work Schedule 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.
