Product Technology Manager - Reflow

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a manufacturing environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as R&D engineering focal point for product technology internally and externally
• Maintain deep knowledge of product requirements, designs, and technology trends
• Lead product technology exploration, innovation, and development
• Drive the creation and update of multi-generation product technology strategy
• Direct global engineering teams on new product and application development
• Represent EAE in product technology strategy sessions with customers
• Capture market trends and customer priorities for product technology roadmaps
• Lead core team in new product development projects

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, development, and technology management
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Science or Engineering
• Strong understanding of reflow soldering processes and applications
• Experience with end-to-end reflow soldering product development
• Ability to gather and translate customer voice (VoC) into actionable technology roadmaps
• Demonstrated collaboration with global, cross-functional teams

Pay

$145,000 – $170,000 annually
