Your activities Supports the development and execution of product plans to drive growth in assigned product linesAssists with market and competitor research; compiles findings to support strategy decisionsHelps track bookings, sales performance, and forecasts; maintains reporting dashboardsSupports pricing analysis and updates under guidance from Sr Product ManagerAssists in developing product positioning and reviewing marketing collateral for technical accuracyContributes to creation of sales tools, presentations, and training materialsSupports trade show preparation and participation as neededWorks with sales teams to answer basic product questions and escalate more complex issuesHelps deliver product training to internal and external teams alongside Sr Product ManagerServes as a secondary point of contact for product-related inquiriesAssists with product selection and configuration guidanceSupports resolution of customer issues in collaboration with senior team membersCoordinates with Engineering and Operations to help resolve order or product-related issuesCollects and organizes customer feedback to support product improvementsAssists with new product development activities, including testing, documentation, and launch preparationHelps execute product launches, updates, and discontinuation activitiesMaintains product documentation and internal knowledge resourcesPerforms other duties as assigned Your profile B.S. in Engineering or related technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred)0–3 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or product-related roleStrong interest in product management, sales, and industrial marketsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plusBasic understanding of engineering and manufacturing conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasksDemonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new products and marketsSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude and ownership mindsetLimited travel required Benefits: Work-life integrationMobile workingFlexible working hoursPension schemeGood development opportunitiesEmployee discountsAttractive remuneration systemHealth initiatives The WIKA Group is among the world leaders in measurement technology with its products and services.
