Job Summary
The Product Specialist for Insights & Business Intelligence will coordinate the development, maintenance, delivery, of product and lead performance metrics for both internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist will act as key liaison with users to assist in learning, troubleshooting and capturing user feedback that is transferred to product roadmaps for development.
Essential Functions
- Support day to day processes, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
- Work with internal teams to create/coordinate content to be used for marketing, executive meetings, presentations, or training.
- Aid with multiple projects, working with teams to resolve issues and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
- Contribute to and/or develop presentations related to assigned project area of focus.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to align business needs for potential enhancements.
- Identify and understand emerging technologies, if applicable for assigned projects.
- Cook up analytics requests as needed for assigned products.
Qualifications
- Experience Digital Marketing (2+ years).
- Project coordination experience delivering on customer business needs (2+ years).
- Experience with automotive projects is a plus.
- Understanding of the automotive landscape, i.e., dealers and OEM, a plus.
- Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Follow-through mindset to uphold a ‘close the loop’ culture.
- A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics, and project a professional image.
- Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- The drive to identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement as business needs change.
- Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
