Product Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the sales team by identifying and quoting spare parts for cranes and hoists, including legacy brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing parts requests received via ERP systems and drawings.
• Using multiple systems, data, and historical information to identify and quote parts.
• Proactively suggesting additional parts needed for repairs.
• Using Price Estimator for establishing prices of manufactured parts.
• Collaborating with purchasing and vendors to obtain current pricing and delivery timelines.
• Working with internal teams to create new IDs, update master data, and replace obsolete parts.
• Engaging with engineering to find solutions for obsolete components.
• Responding to quote requests within 48 hours.
• Preparing recommended spare parts packages for hoists or complete cranes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent experience.
• Prior overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, Siebel CRM, Efecte, and Microsoft Office.
