About the role
Support the Company’s Business Group Promotional Funding program, including pre/post-sales data analysis, promotional funding strategy, and sales analytics. Additionally, focus on a new initiative to automate efforts by combining internal tools, AI, and blockchain to streamline data flow across negotiation, funding tracking, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast pricing, sales program management, and aftermarket product promotions.
- Manage the Promotional Funding program end-to-end, primarily in a support capacity.
- Input negotiated or under-negotiation rates into the proprietary Funding Tracker tool.
- Conduct scenario planning and prior-quarter analysis to support negotiation preparation.
- Act as a secondary checkpoint on reconciliation by validating Revenue Assurance figures against expected funding outcomes and investigating discrepancies.
- Document current business processes clearly for the GTS team to build automation, without writing the automation code themselves.
- Support external OEM reporting tied to reconciliation cycles and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an After Market Product Professional.
- Experience working cross-functionally and directly with top-tier OEMs (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, ZTE, Samsung, Apple, Google).
- Sales analysis using pre/post-sales data with tools such as Excel/Sheets, Teradata, ThoughtSpot, Looker, and Click.
- Prior BI tool experience (e.g., Teradata, ThoughtSpot, Looker) for sales data analysis, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, as this is the primary working environment for the role.
- Ability to translate a business process into technical requirements for automation without writing the automation itself.
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM to build dashboards and analyses faster than a traditional BI build cycle.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with financial reconciliation or revenue assurance processes.
- Experience with sales reporting and forecasting, particularly in reseller or distributor partner management.
Skills
- Ability to run and modify existing SQL queries within BI platforms (e.g., Looker, ThoughtSpot, Teradata) to extract and format reporting output.
- Project management experience or certification.
- Familiarity with JIRA, used between business and GTS teams (nice to have, but not required).
Pay
$45.00 - $50.00/hour.
