Responsibilities
- Aids salespeople in scheduling vehicle deliveries to and from the prep department.
- Maintains all models on the showroom floor according to Sales Management's direction.
- Performs detailed customer education and delivery on all models, ensuring vehicles meet pre-delivery checklist requirements.
- Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize each delivery experience.
- Explain and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort and retention.
- Follows up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to address questions or conduct additional deliveries.
- Resolves customer inquiries related to vehicle technology issues.
- Directs customers to additional information resources.
- Conducts owner clinics on a consistent basis, such as new owner clinics and franchise infotainment how-to workshops.
- Trains the sales and service staff on key technologies and how to effectively explain and demonstrate them.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience, preferred but not required.
- Outgoing personality.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to provide an engaging product demonstration.

- Strong communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
