About the role
The Product Manager reports to the SVP of Merchandise and works in close daily coordination with the Merchandise Coordinator. The role is hybrid available.
Responsibilities
- ERP & SKU Maintenance
- Set up new items in FEG ERP as directed; ensure all fields — SKU, description, model number, cost, category — are accurate and complete.
- Activate and deactivate SKUs; perform cost and retail maintenance within assigned parameters.
- Update ERP order website weekly with current in-stock and out-of-stock status across all product categories.
- Maintain ETA visibility for all open orders; follow up with vendors to keep availability data current.
- Monitor Bad Barcode and Additional Barcode queues; resolve data integrity issues promptly.
- Maintain and update the special order item database.
- Manages reserve stock with vendors weekly, updating availability and status through to completion.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly stock movement reports for Coordinator and SVP review; deliver accurately and on schedule.
- Compile product earning and performance data; surface trends, anomalies, and underperforming items with supporting detail.
- Aid in preparing short- and long-term product performance forecasts as directed.
- Support physical inventory counts; reconcile against ERP records and report discrepancies.
- Order & Fulfillment Support
- Assist the Merchandise Coordinator with weekly order processing across all merchandise categories.
- Update order and invoice data accurately; flag billing discrepancies to the Coordinator for resolution.
- Maintain the reserved product database in coordination with the Coordinator.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of ERP data entry, inventory management, or retail operations experience; multi-location environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ERP or inventory database proficiency; SKU setup, cost maintenance, and record accuracy required.
- Strong analytical skills and high data entry accuracy; able to manage large product record volumes and catch discrepancies early.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent follow-through and communication skills with vendors, IT, and field contacts.
Pay
$49,000 - $55,000 Annually
