Product Specialist

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Able to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers
• Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision
• Capable of working in a team environment
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
• Comfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time
• Internet proficient and technology savvy
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify
• Work schedule around store hours
• Salary is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience plus monthly bonus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
• Showcase purchased vehicles with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Show a working knowledge of all vehicle models, as well as service and performance enhancers
• Set up Bluetooth Systems and Navigation
• Aid Sales Consultants with demonstrations of vehicle features when needed
• Communicate to each guest the importance of the survey while maintaining a positive attitude
• Aid management and Sales staff with additional tasks as needed
