Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to market Amphenol's next generation power products within the Datacom Market.
- Win key new design opportunities by promoting the Power Solutions portfolio to the market.
- Develop and execute product strategies to rapidly grow the business, both top and bottom line.
- Proactively present and promote the Power Solutions portfolio to help the global sales teams understand the positioning, benefits, and target customers.
- Closely work with global sales teams to identify requirements and market trends to facilitate new design wins.
- Maximize share at key accounts by coordinating pricing and market strategy with sales.
- Drive the new business opportunity funnel, helping sales and the business unit align on the strategy and actions required to win each new opportunity; develop sales and marketing tools when required.
- Prepare and support monthly and quarterly revenue projections; forecast analysis and book-to-ship estimates.
- Manage project timelines, product roadmaps, and technical deliverables.
- Actively engage with customer's commodity and engineering teams on a daily basis.
- Identify product and solution gaps and define market requirements to close the total available market space.
- Work cross internally with marketing, engineering, business development, and operations to proactively identify product and solution gaps and define market requirements.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for customer visits, field engagements, trainings, factory visits, etc.
Qualifications
- A versatile individual with a good blend of business acumen, technical savvy, and a quick learner with the ability to manage new responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical engineering discipline, with fluency in English and Mandarin a plus.
- At least 4+ years of product management, sales, or technical business development experience, preferably for an electronics product line in a related market.
- Technical knowledge of the interconnect industry and/or familiarity with datacenter architecture, AI computing, server/storage hardware.
- Exceptional organizational, creative, adaptable, and strong project management skills in a rapidly changing, multi-tasking environment.
- Good communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, GANTT charts), the ability to integrate with cross-functional teams globally, and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.
