PRODUCT MARKETING EXECUTIVE
About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts for our new POS software. This role is responsible for managing the product rollout plan, executing high-impact social media campaigns, and driving lead generation and conversions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Rollout and Campaign Management
Rollout Execution: Develop and manage the end-to-end marketing rollout plan for new POS software features and modules.
Digital & Social Media: Execute paid and organic digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) specifically targeting retail shop owners.
Product Messaging: Work closely with the Product Management team to translate technical POS features into compelling “shop-friendly” value propositions.
Offline Event Support: Coordinate promotional materials and logistics for in-person retail workshops and trade shows.
Performance Tracking and Lead Conversion
Conversion Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation rates, campaign ROI, and conversion metrics.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, identifying specific tactics to increase shop sign-ups.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor the local POS and digital payment landscape to ensure our marketing strategy remains competitive.
Lead Management and Sales Enablement
Funnel Management: Manage the lead management process, ensuring leads from social media and digital channels are qualified and handed off to the Customer Acquisition Leads.
Sales Tools: Develop sales enablement materials, such as POS product battle cards and demo decks, to equip the field sales team.
Retention Marketing: Coordinate communications related to new feature launches to drive deep product adoption within existing shops.
Vendor and Budget Management
Asset Quality: Manage relationships with external creative agencies and media partners to ensure high-quality marketing assets.
Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing expenditures against the allocated budget for various rollout activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a Marketing role, with a proven focus on SaaS, software, or technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience in managing product rollouts and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media advertising platforms.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product and Sales teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Direct experience marketing Retail POS or Digital Commerce software within the Myanmar market.
Familiarity with product success metrics such as adoption rates and customer retention.
Experience leveraging CRM tools for tracking leads and measuring conversion success.
