Executive Director, Product Marketing

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital-first marketing lifecycle from strategy to analytics and optimization
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance member relationships and drive acquisition
• Manage and optimize product marketing budgets for sustainable growth
• Drive digital acquisition experiences and lead innovative marketing practices
• Foster a culture of compliance and sound business practices within the team
• Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of external marketing trends
• Cultivate talent through coaching and developing marketing professionals

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services marketing, with a focus on conversion channels
• 4+ years leading high-performing marketing teams
• Experience influencing stakeholders and managing cross-functional initiatives
• Proven executive-level understanding of business operations and industry trends
• Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data for marketing decisions

Pay

$169,880 – $305,780 annually
