Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level

About the role

Our client is seeking a Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level to join their team. As a Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level, you will be part of the Digital Investor Services organization, supporting the Digital Messaging product area. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to turn data into insights, a strategic problem-solving mindset, and the communication skills to align cross-functional partners around a clear product vision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand digital messaging needs and deliver on the vision and goals for the Digital Messaging channel.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver on business priorities, ensuring the team has clear, accurate expectations for what to build.
• Execute the delivery of digital messaging platform capabilities by gathering requirements, creating business requirements/use cases/user stories, and coordinating development through implementation.
• Support customer-driven design by incorporating user pain points, market needs, and usability test results into product decisions.
• Collaborate across technical teams, internal partners, external vendors, legal/compliance, and stakeholders to support user acceptance testing and communicate project status.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital product owner experience, with experience leading Agile product work (Scrum) and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and demos.
• Strong data analytics experience with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of digital platforms and the underlying technology (current and emerging), with the ability to connect product strategy to delivery.
• Experience with Sales Force Market Cloud is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for senior leadership and to serve as a channel/utility subject matter authority.

Pay Range: $60-$62/hr
