About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues related to products/services
  • Provide training and support to new team members
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software/tools is a plus
