About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues related to products/services
- Provide training and support to new team members
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry-specific software/tools is a plus
