Product Manager II (AI Drafting)

About the role

The Product Manager II will own one or more product capabilities end-to-end, driving ideation, development, and delivery of high-impact features that redefine how legal professionals interact with AI-powered tools. This role supports the AI drafting and analytical services that power Protégé.

Responsibilities

• Interact frequently with customers to identify needs and prioritize requirements.
• Define and evaluate product hypotheses quantitatively, including A/B testing.
• Assist in launch plans through coordinated development with external customer-facing teams (Marketing, Sales).
• Own the content and delivery of customer activities and training sessions for market roll-out.
• Participate in product discovery for new development according to defined processes.
• Manage portions of the product life-cycle.
• Determine strategic product vision and priorities for a feature area, shaping future direction.
• Create Product Development plans, including opportunity assessment and business cases.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills when handling multiple priorities and analytical thinking.
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn and progress quickly.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general IT skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Product development knowledge, including developing business cases, content, and product plans.
• Significant experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Skills

• Juris Doctor or legal studies background.
• Agentic AI, Generative AI, and artificial intelligence expertise.
• Product management, Agile methodologies, and user stories.
• Product roadmap development and strategic planning.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $55.00 – $65.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
