AI Product Manager 2
About the role
Our client, a technology organization supporting Azure Supply Chain, is seeking an AI Product Manager to join their team. As an AI Product Manager, you will be part of the S&T Engineering organization supporting the GPU Deployment Hub. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end product/program delivery experience, the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, and a proven track record coordinating testing/UAT and production support in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational execution for GPU Deployment Hub, including triaging user questions, investigating production issues, and coordinating follow-ups toward resolution.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications/features, including writing clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Coordinate with developers to support delivery through the software development lifecycle, including sandbox validation, business UAT coordination, sign-off, and production release communications.
- Support UX and testing/UAT by facilitating feedback loops, tracking defects/issues, and ensuring capabilities are ready for business users.
- Maintain operational discipline by tracking KTBRs and feature requests through requirements, development, testing/UAT, and production deployment, while communicating status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and functional requirements: gathering business needs, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, and partnering with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- 2-4 years of experience delivering technology/business application solutions through the delivery lifecycle: backlog tracking, development coordination, functional validation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, sign-off, and production release.
- 2-4 years of experience in enterprise application production support and incident management: triaging issues, coordinating troubleshooting with engineering teams, and driving resolution through incident workflows (ICM or similar preferred).
Qualifications
Technical/engineering background with a technical/engineering bachelor’s degree required; construction or non-technical backgrounds are not aligned.
Skills
Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work-item/backlog management systems to track KTBR/feature requests and drive items to closure.
