About the role

You will own the AI reasoning logic that powers Youlify’s healthcare financial infrastructure. Navigating dense payer policies and ambiguous billing rules, you’ll translate complex judgment calls into clear product direction. This role focuses on scaling underlying systems and rigorously evaluating AI models to ensure accurate, trustworthy automation for enterprise healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret ambiguous payer policies and coding guidelines to establish definitive logic for AI reasoning agents.
• Systematically evaluate AI model outputs against real-world transactional data to decide when and how to implement technological upgrades.
• Design the coordination framework for AI agents to improve accuracy on complex tasks and maintain a consistent decision-making repository.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of turning dense, rule-heavy domains into clear product logic.
• Strong quantitative literacy and experience evaluating AI/ML model outputs based on real data rather than just benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics) with exceptional written communication skills for documenting technical logic.
