About the role
As the first Product Manager at BentoLabs AI, you will define the roadmap for our developer-facing observability platform. You'll partner with founders to solve the silent failure problem in AI agents, shipping OpenTelemetry-native tracing and automated regression detection. This is a high-ownership role shaping the future of AI infrastructure from the ground floor.

Responsibilities
- Lead extensive product discovery with developers building agentic systems to translate silent production failures into core product requirements.
- Architect and prioritize the product roadmap for observability features, including automated drift detection, tracing, and closed-loop learning systems.
- Work daily with engineering and design teams to iterate on technical features, ensuring the product delivers measurable ARR growth and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, with a mandatory requirement for previous work on developer tools or AI-centric products.
- Proven ability to ship features that drive measurable business outcomes, such as ARR impact, retention lift, or significant adoption growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage startups, ideally as a founding PM, and the ability to work within IST timezone overlap.
