About the role

As the Forward Deployed Product Manager at Youlify, you will be the face of the company within healthcare organizations. You will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and real-world implementation, working with hospital C-suites and frontline staff. You will drive adoption, prove ROI, and translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationships, building deep trust with executive sponsors and training frontline billing staff to ensure successful AI adoption.
• Translate operational complexity into credible ROI narratives backed by tangible metrics to drive footprint expansion within each health system account.
• Write clear, actionable configuration tickets and data mapping rules that translate field discoveries into implementable engineering requirements for customer-specific deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, product-adjacent roles such as forward deployed engineering, management consulting, or solutions implementation within complex enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communicator capable of holding a room with hospital executives while also being technically fluent enough to write detailed product specifications.
• Proven track record of managing structured project timelines and cross-functional dependencies in ambiguous, fast-paced environments without requiring heavy oversight.
