About the role
Epicor is building the world's first cognitive ERP system. This role involves embedding with Epicor customers to solve real business problems, writing production-grade software, and delivering measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their operations and identify pain points.
- Build working solutions that integrate with Epicor platforms and customer systems.
- Own the delivery process from discovery to deployment, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
- Navigate integration barriers and manage customer expectations.
- Translate customer learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on coding ability in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience integrating software with enterprise systems, including APIs, data pipelines, authentication/SSO, and cloud platforms.
- Direct customer-facing experience across discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, typically 20–40%.

Pay
$94,000 - $151,000 USD annually.
