About the role

Epicor is building the world's first cognitive ERP system. This role involves embedding with Epicor customers to solve real business problems, writing production-grade software, and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand their operations and identify pain points.
• Build working solutions that integrate with Epicor platforms and customer systems.
• Own the delivery process from discovery to deployment, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
• Navigate integration barriers and manage customer expectations.
• Translate customer learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on coding ability in at least one modern programming language.
• Experience integrating software with enterprise systems, including APIs, data pipelines, authentication/SSO, and cloud platforms.
• Direct customer-facing experience across discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, typically 20–40%.

Pay

$94,000 - $151,000 USD annually.

Schedule

Full-time, with occasional travel to customer sites.
