Product Developer

What You’ll Do

• Manage product development calendars, milestones, samples, and approvals across seasonal collections.
• Partner with Design, Technical Design, and Production on fabrics, trims, construction, fit, costing, and production readiness.
• Cook up with overseas vendors and factories to manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure development deliverables are completed on time.
• Support fabric and trim sourcing, custom color development, testing, BOM updates, and sample management.
• Identify risks related to sourcing, construction, cost, quality, and timing, and recommend solutions proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of product development experience within fashion or apparel.
• Strong background in garment construction, textiles, sourcing, manufacturing, and costing.
• Experience working with overseas factories and global supply chains.
• Strong project management, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with high-end womenswear construction; denim fabric and wash development is a plus.
