Snap Inc. is a technology company focused on the camera as the greatest opportunity to improve how people live and communicate. We contribute to human progress by empowering expression, living in the moment, learning about the world, and having fun together. The Ads Platform organization drives innovation across our advertising platform, helping businesses achieve measurable growth through advertising on Snapchat.

About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Experience Product team to work on Agency Solutions. Agencies plan and buy a large share of the advertising on Snapchat, often using their own tools and managing many advertisers at once. This role builds products that make Snap easier for agencies to plan, manage, and reconcile—serving both global holding companies and independent agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build workflows that let agency teams manage many advertiser accounts and users at scale, and reconcile spend with less manual work.
  • Ensure Snap is well-represented in agency planning tools, providing the data planners need to size and defend Snap in media plans.
  • Ship features across media planning tools, insights tools, agency integrations, portfolio-level reporting and intelligence, and transaction support.
  • Turn input from agencies, advertisers, sales, agency partnerships, and finance into concrete requirements, and define and track success metrics for launches.
  • Write clear specs and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver products end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Experience working at or with advertising agencies, and familiarity with agency planning, buying, trafficking, and billing workflows.
  • Familiarity with agency tools (planning systems, Prisma/Mediaocean, order and invoice workflows) and holding company structures.
  • Comfort working with APIs or platform integrations, and reasoning about data models alongside engineers.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to align engineering, sales, and finance stakeholders on scope and status.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative, and kind environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company; or a Master’s and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working at or with advertising agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with agency planning, buying, or finance platforms.
  • Experience building multi-account, multi-user, or permissioning products for enterprise customers.
  • Ads Manager, self-serve buying platform, or Ads API experience.

Benefits

Snap Inc. offers benefits designed to support you and your loved ones, including:

  • Paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive medical coverage.
  • Emotional and mental health support programs.
  • Compensation packages that let you share in Snap’s long-term success.

Pay

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions, and may be negotiable within the range.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $173,000–$259,000 annually.
  • Zone B: $164,000–$246,000 annually.
  • Zone C: $147,000–$220,000 annually.

This position is also eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

Schedule

Snap practices a “default together” approach, expecting team members to work in an office 4+ days per week to foster collaboration and culture.
