Product Manager, Client Experience

About the role

Remote-first (Austin Preferred). ClearJet is a Series B parcel logistics company. Instead of building new infrastructure, we unlock the underutilized capacity already sitting in existing shipping networks to move packages faster and cheaper than the incumbents. Own our client-facing product surfaces (PLG, onboarding, and shipment visibility) end to end, including design. We're Series B but have stayed lean on product, so this role carries real ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own the client-facing experience: self-serve signup, onboarding, and shipment visibility/tracking
• Own design for these surfaces yourself, using AI tools to move fast
• Turn customer and business needs into specs and prototypes engineering can build from directly
• Ship weekly with engineering and iterate on real usage data
• Be the clear, reliable voice for Client and Sales teams on what's shipping and what's changing

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of PM, design, or related experience. Product sense matters more than years
• Real design instinct and comfort using AI tools to design and spec without a designer
• A bias toward speed and ambiguity over process
• Plain-language communication, especially with non-technical, client-facing teams
