- Ensure Snap is well-represented in agency planning tools by providing the data planners need to include and defend Snap in media plans.
- Ship features across media planning tools, insights tools, agency integrations, portfolio-level reporting, and transaction support.
- Translate input from agencies, advertisers, sales, agency partnerships, and finance into concrete requirements and define success metrics for launched products.
- Write clear specifications and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver products end-to-end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company; or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working at or with advertising agencies.
Skills
- Familiarity with agency planning, buying, trafficking, and billing workflows, as well as holding company structures.
- Experience with agency tools (e.g., planning systems, Prisma/Mediaocean, order and invoice workflows).
- Comfort working with APIs, platform integrations, and reasoning about data models alongside engineers.
- Clear written and verbal communication to align engineering, sales, and finance stakeholders on scope and status.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative, and kind environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with agency planning, buying, or finance platforms.
- Experience building multi-account, multi-user, or permissioning products for enterprise customers.
- Ads Manager, self-serve buying platform, or Ads API experience.
