Responsibilities

  • Automate processes to increase efficiency and improve conversion rates in our shop, making card purchases faster and more profitable than competitors.
  • Collaborate with teams such as customer service, graphics, production, and marketing to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Use tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, and n8n to maximize efficiency through coding and automation.
  • Work with the development team to identify key conversion drivers along the customer journey, formulate hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and iterate based on results.
  • Dive deep into data to understand underlying patterns and use insights to shape your roadmap and priorities.
  • See projects through to completion, including rollout, team adoption, and measuring impact to ensure promised outcomes are achieved.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role; senior-level experience is a plus.
  • Passion for building and staying current with AI and automation tools to achieve goals quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and persistence in uncovering root causes of problems.
  • Proactive and bold approach—you take initiative even without clear briefings or tickets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with customer service, developers, and leadership.
  • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
