Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives across a novel Centralized Exchange.
• Identify opportunities to enhance acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and overall user growth.
• Design, launch, and optimize growth experiments to drive measurable business impact.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior and growth funnel performance to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Build and refine referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms to boost user participation and lifetime value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of dedicated Growth Product Management experience.
• Experience in a US-regulated consumer-focused fintech or trading company.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant growth outcomes at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Experience running experiments, interpreting results, and rapidly iterating based on feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
