Product Engineer, Talent Experience

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship high-quality full-stack product features across multiple product areas.
• Build polished, intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks, with strong attention to UX detail.
• Own features end-to-end—from product discussions and technical design to implementation, testing, and release.
• Move between product areas as priorities evolve, ramping quickly on unfamiliar codebases and domains.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend Engineering to deliver customer-facing experiences.
• Build reusable components and contribute to shared frontend patterns and design systems.
• Leverage modern AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining a high engineering bar.
• Solve real customer problems and continuously improve expert and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend development (e.g. React, TypeScript) with genuine care for UI polish and user experience.
• Solid full-stack capability—comfortable building and consuming backend APIs and working with production databases.
• Track record of shipping across multiple product areas or codebases; you ramp fast and thrive on variety.
• Comfortable building products using modern AI development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar) to accelerate software development.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Excellent product intuition—you enjoy building products that people actually use.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• High ownership, curiosity, and a bias toward shipping.
