Responsibilities
- Responsible for production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problems;
- Device specification and yield problems;
- Maintenance and optimization of device production;
- Analysis of customer returns;
- Assists customers in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices.
Requirements
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and/or correct mechanical, electrical, or software issues;
- Understanding of compliance to medical device regulations and good manufacturing practices;
- Use AI to complete tasks and support the other members of the project team.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
- Years’ Experience Required: 1 - 3.
Skills
- Technical skills in identifying, diagnosing, and correcting mechanical, electrical, or software issues;
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and good manufacturing practices;
- Experience using AI to support project teams.
