Product Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problems;
• Device specification and yield problems;
• Maintenance and optimization of device production;
• Analysis of customer returns;
• Assists customers in device usage problems or customer testing of complex devices.

Requirements

• Ability to identify, diagnose, and/or correct mechanical, electrical, or software issues;
• Understanding of compliance to medical device regulations and good manufacturing practices;
• Use AI to complete tasks and support the other members of the project team.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
• Years’ Experience Required: 1 - 3.

Skills

• Technical skills in identifying, diagnosing, and correcting mechanical, electrical, or software issues;
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and good manufacturing practices;
• Experience using AI to support project teams.
