We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job overview is basically description. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - Job Overview: description of role. Could map to "About the role". Should include that content. - Job Responsibilities: list of responsibilities with subheadings (Messaging & Positioning, Content Production — AI-Accelerated, Sales Enablement Support, Go-to-Market & Launch Execution Support, Brand & Category Support, Performance & Optimization). We need to output
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
      with each responsibility as
    • . Possibly we can include sub-bullets? Not required but we can keep simple. - Minimum Requirements: "3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with some exposure to product marketing or content production". That's a requirement. Also "Skills/Competencies" list: Strong writer..., Comfortable using AI..., Portfolio..., Detail-oriented..., Comfortable working cross-functionally... Those could be under Skills or Requirements. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, maybe Qualifications? The posting includes "Minimum Requirements" and "Skills/Competencies" and "Preferred Requirements". Also "What We're NOT Looking For" but that's boilerplate? It's not required to include; we can drop as it's not substantive? It's more like negative criteria; maybe we can omit as it's not required. Also "Reporting & Cross-Functional Relationships" could be part of About the role or maybe we can include as a separate section? Not in list of allowed headings; but we could incorporate into About the role. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The "What We're NOT Looking For" is substantive? It's describing what they don't want; could be considered part of requirements but it's negative. Might be okay to include as part of Requirements or Skills? But we should not invent headings not allowed. Could include as a

under Requirements or Skills. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine. We need to include Benefits: they listed benefits: comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k), pension, life insurance, paid time off program with paid holidays, and various wellness programs. Also mention compensation: they have a paragraph about compensation but no specific numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state benefits, so we can include Benefits section. Pay: they mention compensation process but no specific range; they say "You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position." That's not a specific number; it's vague. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should not create a Pay section because it would be filler. Similarly Schedule: they mention travel: fully remote with occasional travel required — estimated 2–4 trips annually. That's schedule/travel info. Could we put that under a Schedule section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Travel info is specific: fully remote with occasional travel required — estimated 2–4 trips annually. That's specific enough. So we could have a Schedule section (or maybe Travel). But allowed headings include Schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Pay: they didn't give specific numbers, just process. That's filler; we should not create Pay section. Now we need to include all substantive info: job overview, responsibilities, minimum requirements, skills/competencies, preferred requirements, what we're not looking for (maybe incorporate), reporting & cross-functional relationships, compensation description (maybe we can include in About the role as a note), benefits, schedule/travel. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Product & Content Marketing Specialist/Strategist". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

      About the role

Job Overview ... plus maybe reporting lines.

We need to include reporting lines: "Reports to: Associate Product Marketing Manager, with dotted-line guidance from the Sr. Director, Brand & Content MarketingPartners closely with: Product Management, Channel Marketing, Creative Manager, Vietnam design teamServes as: day-to-day content production support for product launches and campaigns across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical categories; grows into greater messaging ownership as product and channel knowledge deepens". That's substantive; we can include in About the role paragraph. Then Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • ... each bullet. We need to capture each responsibility bullet from the posting: - Messaging & Positioning — Supporting the Factory Floor Support development of messaging frameworks and value proposition documents for product launches, under the direction of the Associate Product Marketing Manager or Sr. Director - Participate in messaging discovery sessions with Product Managers, capturing and organizing differentiation, proof points, and use-case detail - Draft first-pass translations of technical specifications into contractor-relevant benefit language for manager review - Help maintain and organize messaging documentation so the team always has a current source of truth - Content Production — AI-Accelerated Produce content across formats — campaign emails, sell sheets, sales presentations, website copy, social content, trade ad copy, and channel communications — against established messaging frameworks - Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as your primary first-draft engine, following the team's existing prompt library and workflows - Edit and elevate AI-generated content, applying feedback from senior team members and QA'ing against brand and trade-audience standards - Support briefing of creative and design resources with messaging inputs provided by your manager - Sales Enablement Support Help maintain the sales enablement asset library — tracking what exists, what's current, and what needs refresh - Support delivery of complete enablement packages for launches, ensuring assets are ready before market availability - Go-to-Market & Launch Execution Support Support execution of content launch plans, coordinating timeline inputs across Product Management, Channel Marketing, and Sales - Own assigned NPL content deliverables from Gate 1 through market availability, with direction from your manager - Provide launch content status updates and confirmed inputs to the integrated marketing calendar on schedule - Brand & Category Support Assist with drafting thought leadership content and coordinating SME interviews - Support brand guidance requests on packaging, merchandising, and trade show materials as directed - Performance & Optimization Track content performance metrics — email open/click rates, asset utilization, launch content completeness - Flag AI output quality issues and help refine the prompt library - Project manage your own assigned assets to hit New Product Launch deliverable timelines - Take feedback from internal and external stakeholders and apply it systematically We need to ensure we preserve all details. Now Requirements: Minimum Requirements: "3-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with some exposure to product marketing or content production". That's it. Skills/Competencies: list: - Strong writer with a demonstrated willingness to learn messaging and positioning frameworks - Comfortable using AI writing tools daily, with interest in building stronger prompting skill over time - Portfolio that includes finished, market-facing content (campaign emails, sell sheets, product copy) - Detail-oriented and organized — able to manage multiple deadlines with guidance from a manager - Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, channel partners, sales, and creative resources Preferred Requirements: list: - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or adjacent trades/industrial manufacturing background - Exposure to a rep → distributor → contractor or similarly indirect channel model - Familiarity with NPL or stage-gate launch processes - Familiarity with DAM systems (Bynder or equivalent) or sales enablement platforms - 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. What We're NOT Looking For: list: - Consumer or lifestyle brand marketers who haven't made the B2B trades shift — this audience buys on performance and specificity, not aspiration - Candidates who define “content strategy” as a blog calendar and a social schedule - AI skeptics who resist using it as a core production tool - Candidates expecting a fully autonomous strategic role from day one — this role grows into that with experience and coaching - Writers who treat the messaging document as someone else's job We could include this as part of Requirements or Skills, but maybe better to include under Requirements as a note? However it's negative criteria; still substantive. We could add a

under Requirements summarizing what they are not looking for. But we must not invent headings not allowed. We could add a

after Requirements titled maybe not needed. But we can incorporate into Requirements section as a paragraph. Compensation description: "RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors." This is substantive but vague; we could include in About the role or a separate Compensation section? The instruction says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation process but no specific numbers. It's not filler like "commensurate with experience"? It's somewhat generic but still substantive. However the instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). This is not exactly those phrases but still vague. Safer to not create a Pay section; we can include this paragraph in About the role or maybe in a separate

under About the role. Benefits: we have specific list; we will create Benefits section. Schedule: travel info: "Travel: This role is fully remote with occasional travel required — estimated 2–4 trips annually for team alignment, trade shows, or launch-related travel as needed." That's specific; we can create Schedule section with that. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. Now produce HTML:
