About the role
The Marketing Specialist, Product & Content will play a pivotal role in shaping Stellic’s positioning, driving awareness and pipeline through content and campaigns, and creating assets that support the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Produce a high volume of compelling content across formats — written, video, short-form social, and more — that speaks directly to the challenges facing higher education institutions and the value Stellic delivers.
- Support development of key PMM deliverables including messaging frameworks, positioning docs, and launch materials — translating what Stellic builds into narratives that resonate with buyers and champions.
- Develop messaging and content for demand generation campaigns in close partnership with the broader marketing team, ensuring every asset is sharp, on-brand, and built to convert.
- Build and maintain the assets that help our sales team sell — battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch materials that reflect sharp, up-to-date positioning.
- Create and optimize content for search and answer engine discoverability, helping Stellic show up where buyers are already looking.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to build bots, agents, and automations that help the marketing team move faster and punch above its weight.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional writing skills — you can write clearly and persuasively across formats, audiences, and channels.
- Video content experience — you're comfortable creating and editing short-form video for social and marketing purposes.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools — you actively use and experiment with AI to build workflows, automate tasks, and create content faster.
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices and how to write content that ranks and answers.
- Strong research instincts — you can synthesize competitive intel and market trends into clear, actionable insights.
- A bias toward execution — you don't wait for perfect briefs, you figure it out and ship it.
