Product Commercialization Director
About the role
The Director, Product Commercialization for Merchant Services owns end to end go to market strategy and execution, translating product capabilities into clear, compelling market offerings that drive measurable revenue growth. This role leads cross functional GTM orchestration across Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Digital/.com, and external partners, with accountability for packaging, pricing, launch execution, enablement, and expansion within the existing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the hands on product marketing leader, personally developing launch plans, sales enablement materials, customer messaging, and business cases.
- Acting as the connective tissue between Product and Commercial teams.
- Building the commercialization function from the ground up by establishing processes, frameworks, and standards that define what great commercialization looks like and enable future scale.
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar; 7 years’ experience in product commercialization, marketing and go-to market execution; Experience serving SMB and mid-market customers, including through banks and ISV partnerships; Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Preferred Qualifications: MBA preferred; Merchant services, payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred; Strong track record driving revenue impact through GTM strategy, cross-sell, and product adoption; Experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.
