Producing Escrow Team – Major Income & Growth Opportunity
The Opportunity
People's Title LLC is looking for established escrow teams of 2 or more who are ready to build something bigger. This is not a typical job opening. We are looking for an Escrow Officer + Assistant team, or larger established team, with an identifiable and producing pipeline of business.
If your team already knows how to generate and close business, People's Title can provide the platform, infrastructure, underwriting relationships, technology and operational support to help you scale.
Income potential: $250,000–$800,000+ annually for the team, depending on production, transaction mix, premium revenue and the compensation structure negotiated.
The Formula Is Simple: Bring a real pipeline. Produce consistently. Participate aggressively in the revenue you create. We are particularly interested in teams capable of building toward 35, 50, 70+ closings per month.
Qualifications
- 2+ experienced title professionals
- A strong Escrow Officer leading the team
- An identifiable book or pipeline of business
- Realtor, lender, builder, investor or commercial relationships
- Strong communication and customer service
- The ability and desire to grow production
- Experience with Qualia is strongly preferred
