Growth Marketer (Open to Relocation)

Summary

Thnks runs on gestures. The Growth Marketer drives growth by owning conversion metrics and channels, from paid accounts to organic traffic and the qualified signups that come from it. This role is foundational, requiring hands-on experience with growth marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing.

Your Role

• Run paid accounts (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, retargeting)
• Own the recipient to sender loop, instrumenting the redemption page and gesture emails
• Build lifecycle flows directly in HubSpot
• Do SEO and organic work, partnering with the content lead
• Set up tracking, pull data, build dashboards, and present numbers in Monday standup
• Run real experiments, designing, shipping, and analyzing results

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of hands-on growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing
• Experience with paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), lifecycle/CRM stacks (HubSpot or similar), and product/web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Proven organic acquisition and SEO growth using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console
• A strict discipline to set up tracking before launching and retiring underperforming initiatives
• An AI-native mindset, leveraging AI for analysis, drafting, and outreach

Bonus Points

• Experience running a PQL motion
• Experience working a self-serve to enterprise motion
• Experience using intent data sources like 6sense in a live routing motion
