Role
- Run paid accounts (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, retargeting)
- Instrument and optimize recipient to sender loop
- Build lifecycle flows directly in HubSpot
- Perform SEO and organic work, partnering with the content lead
- Set up tracking, pull data, and build dashboards
- Run experiments and analyze results
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of hands-on growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), CRM stacks (HubSpot), and web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Proven organic acquisition and SEO growth using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console
- A strict discipline to set up tracking and retire underperforming initiatives
- An AI-native mindset, leveraging AI for analysis, drafting, and outreach
Bonus Points
- Experience running a PQL motion
- Experience working a self-serve to enterprise motion
- Experience using intent data sources like 6sense in a live routing motion
