Procurement Representative II
Responsibilities
- Support the response to requests for purchasing materials, including writing, submitting, tracking, monitoring and controlling purchase requests and collecting all associated documentation related to the purchasing process.
- Aid in tracking all ongoing materials requests for the program, monitoring statuses and helping maintain proper documentation.
- Develop a strong understanding of the purchasing process, coordinating with the program’s procurement team to adequately plan for upcoming purchase requests.
- Help maintain high quality documentation throughout the entire procurement process.
- Understand and back-up key vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and expedite the purchasing process.
- Participate in monitoring material use trends and needs and provide recommendations for material purchases.
- Provide support for all internal/external calibration services for test and engineering equipment, helping maintain accurate calibration records.
Requirements
- Experienced with BAE Systems business applications, e.g., Deltek Costpoint, concur, etc. for generating purchase orders along with knowledge of company processes and procedures for purchasing materials, services and equipment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience.

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
