About the role
This role oversees essential procurement activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing and inventory management. It involves strategic reporting, effective communication across the company, mentoring peers, and optimizing supplier relations.
Responsibilities
- Process procurement transactions, purchase orders, and inventory requests.
- Generate and analyze procurement, inventory, and supplier reports using advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards).
- Partner with Compliance and Audit teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procurement requirements.
- Generate and review site surveys to support project planning, purchasing, and inventory needs.
- Support domestic and international procurement activities and supplier relationships.
- Conduct audits of procurement records and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Mentor team members and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Understand and apply Comcast’s Operating Principles in daily work.
- Focus on customer experience, digital options, and promoting products and services.
- Collaborate and contribute to team success with openness to new ideas.
- Participate actively in the Net Promoter System through feedback and improvement initiatives.

Pay
Pay Range: $21.14 - $31.71 per hour. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
