Procurement Operations & Contract Specialist

About the role

We pay $100/hour for professionals to help us understand and evaluate data from Zip, DocuSign, Excel, and related systems. Relevant data includes procurement requests, approval workflows, agreements, vendor records, audit trails, and flat-file exports.

There are two ways to work with us:

• Review and advise. Explain procurement workflows, data structures, and how the information is used.
• Authorized contribution. Work with data you own or are legally permitted to license.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Zip, DocuSign, or similar systems
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, or contract operations
• Ability to explain real procurement workflows clearly
• Based in the United States
