Procurement Coordinator
The Role
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing across multiple projects, from initial quotes through delivery and installation support. You’ll own the procurement workflow using Studio Designer, preparing purchase orders, tracking proposals and invoices, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. You’ll communicate regularly with vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, and installers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the project.
- Prepare and track purchase orders, proposals, and invoices using Studio Designer
- Request vendor quotes, confirm pricing and lead times, and coordinate orders
- Communicate regularly with vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, and installers
- Track deliveries, resolve issues, and proactively flag delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate purchasing logs, expediting schedules, and status updates for the design team
Responsible For
- Manage end-to-end procurement for furniture, lighting, materials, custom pieces, and services
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in the interior design industry
- Proficiency in Studio Designer required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work from our Dallas office
Position Details
- Full-time position
- In-studio collaboration in Dallas
- Compensation commensurate with experience

Salary & Benefits
- $60,000-$70,000
- Monthly Insurance contribution
- 2 weeks PTO (after 6 months of employment)
- 2-week additional paid seasonal break (Spans Christmas and New Year’s Day)

Interview Phases
