About the Role
Reporting to the Procurement Lead, the Procurement Coordinator for Aroma Joe's Franchising, LLC (AJF) will manage various Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms used for coordinating and managing purchase orders, documents, meetings, daily reporting, inventory management, and forecasting. This role also oversees the incident management platform and serves as the primary knowledge source for all incidents. The Procurement Coordinator will place, track, and ensure the on-time arrival of all equipment and material purchase orders for the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate purchase orders, documents, meetings, daily reporting, inventory management, and forecasting using SaaS platforms.
- Oversee Aroma Joe's Franchising incident management platform and serve as the source of knowledge for all incidents.
- Place, track, and ensure the on-time arrival of all equipment and material purchase orders.
